1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using KAZENGO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
KAZENGO is operated by Johan van der Boog, based in the Netherlands. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
2. Description of Service
KAZENGO is a web application that allows you to create personalized timeline card games from your photos. You can upload photos, organize them into decks, and generate printable PDF files.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant KAZENGO a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to upload and use the content
- Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
6. Payments and Subscriptions
KAZENGO offers both free and paid features. Paid features require a subscription or one-time payment as indicated on the Service.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by KAZENGO and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAZENGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
